Evolution Setup Assistant Goes Blank

When I try to set up Evolution mail on Natty 11.04, the text in the setup box appears briefly then fades. Click 'forward' and the text for the next box appears then fades. Damn annoying, but I guess if this is how crappy the setup assistant is then perhaps it's a good thing I'll stick with Thunderbird.

This is not a "solution" it is still a very serious bug. Pressing the alt key will temporarily restore the text of the dialogue as a further workaround. Reinstalling software on a Linux system makes *no sense* at all.
