backup in evolution mail

Hi,

i tried to backup my evolution after setting up all my mail and contact, but it would not allow me to backup. say folder not supported.

Was evolution running when you were backing up the data?

yes it was running when i did the first backup, but i was have difficulties setting up my smtp.live.com but when i finished setting it up i want to backup the setting but it would not allow me to do that say the folder is not supported
