Getting support

I am having serious issues with Evolution since I upgraded 3 machines to the latest Ubuntu release. I have threads all over the place and reported it as a bug, but it is just not getting dealt with and it is causing me considerable problems, especially as I am a sole trader and it is impacting my work.

How does one alert or expedite a problem. I do not want to upset people as I know most of this is done on good will by volunteers but this has serious consequences for me.

Contact the BugSquad team and ask if more information is required to improve the bug report thus helping them to find the issue.
They might also be able to set the importance of the bug.
