Stop keyring password request

Asked by Bob

Ubuntu 10.10 Evolution 2.30.3

How can I get Evolution to stop asking for my keyring password to send/receive mail with each new session.

I looked in keyrings passwords section and couldn't find a user setting there with my password other than the one on my mail server with is a different password.

Thanks in advance. Bob.

Thanks, I did, but couldn't find the way using the sites outdated information so I had questions. I did not want to modify anything if it possibly could do harm <g>

For instance that site said to look in the applications menu for the keyrings, not there. I did happen to find it in the system menu but the only one I could find was for my pop mail password which was not the correct keyring.

Also there was no way to change the password in that area.

Thanks for the help. I will withdraw the question.

Bob.
