how to mark and transfer emails as junk?

I want to transfer an email to the junk box and have future emails from this sender filtered to the junk box. How do I do it?

you can add an incoming filter rule based upon "sender contains" or "matches", then set the action for that rule to be to move the email to the junk folder:
