email set up

Asked by Robert Fassbender

Looked at your answer to bignreel, I couldn't make out the name in the top left hand corner. I need to send a message to my instructor, so he know I understand you to send email in Ubuntu. I have a regular email address which is <email address hidden>, when I send an email through Ubuntu, will he be able to tell that is where it came from, not like I was logged into msn or hotmail, using IE or MSN Browsers.

About Apache: http://goo.gl/wmfYV These instructions will do that because going to Evolution and manually adding "sent from Ubuntu" will display that every time you send an email from Evolution.

Can you help with this problem?

Provide an answer of your own, or ask Robert Fassbender for more information if necessary.
