Sympatico email log in issue.

Wondering if there are other Sympatico email users that can enlighten me on how to get it to work. My servers are as follows POP3 is pophm.sympatico.ca
SMTP is smtphm.sympatico.ca.

At the beginning there is the option for Name and email plus password now I tell it to check email it starts and goes no where after little while it stops showing no errors.

In Authentication Type I chose Password and checked Remember Password

Well thanks anyways I must send a thank you to Google that found me you tube video on setting the email one thing I was not doing was SSL Encryption once I did that it worked.
