Evolution email "stationary"

I am new to Ubuntu. Using 10.10 and Evolution email. In order to keep my wife happy and to ween her off of Microsoft, she would much desire to be able to select various "stationary" (wallpaper) backgrounds when creating/sending messages. I cannot find any support for this. Any help is appreciated.

Note that whether this displays or not is dependant upon the recipients email setting. Some spam senders can use this to insert explicit or other background images, and so this may be disabled on remote clients, or your message may be classified as spam.

I'm not sure I understand the above answer. When creating an email message, my wife would like to select a background "texture" sometimes referred to as "stationary". I don't see this feature in evolution mail. If it is someway available, I would like to know and also to know if it is assuredly not available.
