1) please turn off caps lock. This is considered equivalent to shouting.

2) I assume you are talking about email. My responses are phrased under this assumption

3) Most servers will reject return reciepts in email, as this is often used by spammers to validate lists of emails -- thus return reciepts should be considered deprecated -- many software programs will not support this for security reasons.
