Evolution Mail Outbox Folder

Next to my outbox folder in Evolution Mail, it has a (1) but nothing shows up when I click it. I did try to send an email, but as far as I know it did not send. I have included a screen shot of it. I have tried clicking send/receive and that didn't do anything.

@Diane Giveins,
Please be careful NOT to double post, it can be very easy with Launchpad since it is slow.
I would also recommend you either follow this question or post your own. It's likely the issues may well be different.

@Mary Pratt,
I would recommend not posting with a tinyurl creator as some of us will avoid links like that. Post your images to an appropriate image source like flikr, picasa, etc and posting a link in your message.

Now, if you look in your Outbox, does the message exist (the one you're unsuccessfully trying to send)?

Make Sure Evolution isn't running in 'Offline' Mode.
In Evolution from the menu select 'File' and UNCHECK 'Work Offline'.

You can also view messages in the Debug Log from the 'Help' menu
With this open click send/receive, and note any messages especially errors back here.
