Evolution icon has disappeared from notification area

the Evolution envelope icon is no longer in the notification area. How can I get it back? And how did it disappear?

You can find very easily,
top task bar right click then add panel there is you find email icon select that one then add,
you got email icon.

Thanks for your reply, but when I right click in the panel I do not find the evolution icon in the Add To Panel list.

you select indicator applet then got your email icon

I needed to remove the indicator applet from the panel, then add it again. When I did that the Evolution envelope was back. Where had it been?
