Recieving error when sending message-Host look up failed SMPT .BELLSOUTH.NET Name or Service not known Will not allow me to send any messages Is my set-up wrong

Cant send messages evolution is not recognizing mail.bellsouth.net It says that host look up failed name or service not known. How should I have this setup in the sending portion of evolution so that it recognizes bellsouth.
