e-mail transmission problem

New to Linux/Evolution; able to surf web OK and receive e-mails but cannot send e-mails. I suspect an initial configuration error! I am a relative novice and would appreciate as simple a guide as possible to complete my configuration.

I am being asked to provide GNG information and to select encription codes either SSL orTLS. Where do I find that info' please?

Hello,

In Evolution these are the SMTP settings. These can be found by looking at your e-mail service settings. Google them.
