Email editor "N" is set to Undo

Asked by Gerry Pinc

The email editor undo hot-key is set to "N". As a result I am not able to write words with "N".
Is there any option to change the Undo hot-key to the normal Ctrl+Z?

are your ALT & CTRL keys not slightly stuck down, enough to depress them? I suggest you open a blank text file or shutdown, and press both keys firmly to exercise them. May help

I think that I have found the root cause to this problem.
it seams that I have reset the hot-key when I have opened the drop-down menu, set the courser on the "undo" option and then hit a key. when you follow this sequence you will see that the command hot key is changed to the last hit key.
