can I import my Incredimail account, contacts etc to Ubuntu

how would I import to Ubuntu my existing Incredimail account to Ubuntu?

What client are you using. There are LOTS:

You need to be clearer. Also, where are the emails / contacts currenly stored etc???

At the moment I am using Vista O/S but My email contects etc are in "Incredimail" I can use the settings transfer wizard but I am unsure if "Incredimail" is compatible with Ubuntu.

Doesn't work in wine. If you can export the emails to PST then you can read them in Linux as PST files are very portable. You may also be able to export the address book to some file again and transfer. I am not familiar with the app myself, it looks not too dissimilar to AOL and VERY colourful (Sunglasses please!)
