Can't change signature in Composer

First, I tried to report this as a bug, but pressing the "Submit Bug Report..." option failed with the error "product or component not specified."
Aside from that, my composer window doesn't seem to have an option to change my signature. I am using Evolution 2.30.2 under Ubuntu 10.04. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
