Evolution from shell

Asked by cascaranuez

I'm installing Ubuntu on my father's business and i'm trying to make an script to get a "one touch" faxmail send, that is, just to put the page into the scanner and push a button to send the fax via email. As Evolution is Ubuntu's chosen email program, i need to send an email from the shell using Evolution. Just if it's possible, because there is KMail, that has a pretty shell interface. But also i try to avoid kde applications to keep the system lightweight. So... would someone help me please?

Thanks.
