Automated reply message

I sent an email and got this in return, "Hello. I am away until June 26, 2006 and am unable to read your message."

How can I set that type of message up in Evolution for those times when I am away and don't wish to bothered with email?

This isn't usually an email client thing, but rather set up on the server. For example, you can do it easily in GMail or Exchange.

The idea behind this is that if you are really on vacation, your email client isn't connected, but your email server always is.
