ubuntu download errors

hi i recently downloaded ubuntu 16.04.06 and created a USB bootable stick, i used rufus and also Unetbootin to create them. i tried to install them on my laptop but i receive an error

I used a windows 7 OS to make the sticks

If you download and MD5sum Ubuntu 20.04 is it OK?
Did you MD5sum the 16.04 ISO before putting it on the USB stick?

everything seems to be running good now, i used a different USB. but i have another issue now with the wireless connection. I tried using the link below but it seems like it dont work. is there another link i can use to download my drivers?
