Ubuntu 12.04 is not supported any more (already since April 2017, unless you pay for extended security maintenance).

see https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Releases for the list of supported Ubuntu releases.

Ok, if you are running a supported release of Ubuntu, please follow https://help.ubuntu.com/community/WirelessTroubleshootingProcedure
(with the only deviation, that in step3 you should not create a new question document, but you should paste all output into this one which you have already created).

1. Why are you asking this question in the area for evince (a document viewer)?

2. There seems to be a package upgrade being running in the background. Whatever you do you should wait for it to complete.

3. According to your output the wl driver creates problems.
wl driver 6.20.155.1 (r326264) failed with code 21
I am a bit astonished to see a version number as low as this. it should be 6.20.223.xxx

What is the output of the command
dpkg -l | grep bcm

Your package management system seems to be in an unhealthy state.

What output do you receive for the commands

uname -a
lsb_release -crid
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install -f
