installing evince for 16.04

In plain layman terms how do I download and install the latest evince.
I am running Ubuntu 16.04 on a Lenovo laptop T420s with a 500GB HDD and 3GB Ram
Step by step precisely is what I can more easily understand.
I am a newbie and need to go slowly.
