hulu not playing videos

when i try to play a video on hulu.com i get an error message saying that my browser cannot play videos, i am using mozilla firefox

2 questions:

1) What is the full Terminal output of this Terminal command?

uname -a ; cat /etc/lsb-release ; apt-cache policy firefox ; dpkg -l | egrep 'flash|gnash|swf|spark'

2) Have you tried using Google Chrome instead?

yes i tried using google chromium, but with chromium i get a message saying that my web browser is not supported I should try using mozilla firefox

Just to be clear: I wrote "Google CHROME", not ChromIUM.

i see...... ok i downloaded chrome and tried watching hulu, but i get an error message saying that my browser does not support protected content

OK, it looks like Hulu has chosen to make life difficult by using DRM in their Flash video's.
