unable to open a document in xtmlgpf.php in pdf

I had tried to generate a report / statement of account from the site
103.251.43.45
the report could not be generated. it stopped with a message. "Database Msg : Contact Administrator".
it is expected that the statement should be available in .pdf format.
Can you explain ?
