It doesnt exist. The latest release you can use with non-PAE is Precise. This has the advantage also of being LTS and supported waaaay after Saucy is EOL in June 2014.

i downloaded the mini ISO non-PAE, and installed on my laptop...when i reboot after installing, it looks like it goes to a terminal after rebooting .....here is what it looks like below "

Read ALL of the guide I gave. Don't stop just because you think you are done. You haven't finished yet and their are still steps for you to take.
