The clue is in the title "Document Viewer" is a viewer you cant use it to edit a pdf or anything else.

There are tools to edit pdf files however see here

@Warren Hill yeah thats true was in a bit of a hurry but thanks again for the link pdf-shuffler merged the 2 Pdf :)
