Embedded links in some pdf files are displayed enclosed in red boxes

I am noticing that every embedded link in some pdf files is displayed enclosed in a red box. For example, I can view this particular pdf http://www.gnupg.org/gph/en/manual.pdf in chrome browser properly but when I view it in evince, every embedded link is displayed enclosed in a red box which is quiet unpleasant to view. Is this a known issue?

Do other PDFs do the same? If not then I suggest you make a new user and test there. If it's the same then it is a bug

I did not notice this behavior with other PDF files. I tested with a new user and the same behavior persists.
