Cannot View PDF containing Traditional Chinese characters

I am using Evince viewer and it can open English PDF without problem.

However, I need to read PDF containing traditional Chinese characters and only "box" or "sqaure" appears.

How to make it capable to show Chinese characters?

It could be, that you need the chinese language pack for gnome. You can install it via Synaptic or terminal by typing

sudo apt-get install language-pack-gnome-zh
