How does one copy / fill out / forward a email form?

I need to fill out a rental application and forward it to prospective landlord?, I have opened the file and tried to type my information, but nothing happens. I am a MAJOR Ubuntu "rookie" , can someone tell me in the simplest way possible how I can do this?

You can use pdfedit to edit the pdf (secret is in the name)

Some form are need acrobat reader to be filled in a good way, so you can install the acroread package by enabling the partner repository then install with software-center or using the command "sudo apt-get install acroread" from terminal.

Then you can use acrobat reader to fill the form...
