Asked by Pam

How do you combine two pdf pages in Open Office? (In Adobe, it is done by using the button "insert a page").

Thanks!

You cannot merge PDF files by using the OOo API. But you can try iText for this task: http://www.lowagie.com/iText/

there are lots of software packages in ubuntu software center that lets you add, delete, merge pages in pdf files. have a look and see what works for you.

if you're looking at editing pdfs, libreoffice draw provides functionality for that.

pdfshuffler is a good tool, and it is in the repositories; you can use it to reorder and splice PDF pages.
