Ubuntu Cloud store not working

I am getting below error message on my ubuntu cloud store.

I have tried Ubuntu-10.04, 10.04.1 10.04.2, 10.04.3 & 10.04.4 but still no luck

Exact error message is below
Error 60: server certificate verification failed. CAfile: /etc/ssl/certs/ca-certificates.crt CRLfile: none

Please help me. I am trying to figure it since last 1 month but still no luck
