can I have a set of AV plugins separate from Firefox's plugins?

When I change Firefox's plugins to access some audio sources, it stops accessing others. I wish to use Epiphany in those situations, to handle the audio sources that Firefox stops handling. Can plugins be kept separate between the two browsers?

Since I could not find a way to do this, I have deep-sixed Epiphany and gone to a download of Opera. It turns out that Opera has a simple and very straightforward way to accomplish the task. There was a separate help screen on the subject to make it even easier. So long, Epiphany!
