Help needed to setup an Intel Camera

I am a newbie and want to get my intel camera working but dont have a bleeding clue ..... I'm on one knee here begging for help an if I get on both knees, thats it then. I'm too old to ever make it back up ------- do you really want that on your conscience?

You have to provide some information about your setup for someone to help you. Are we supposed to guess what is your camera/system/computer? We have seen some similar request while the user was running windows...

Provide some detailed info (the more, the better), then we will try to help you.

What happens if you plug it in? What are the last 40 lines of output
from the dmesg command just after you plug it in?
