how do I change the label on a photo

I want to save a photo, P1010001.jpg but there is already one saved under that title. How do I change the title of one of them so that I can save them both

hello
Open the image in Gimp (applications -> Graphics -> Gimp image editor)
Open your image by going to file -> open
now save your image in your desired location and desired name by clicking (File -> save as)

or you can open your image in gthumb image viewer by selecting the folder in which you have stored the photo.. Double click the photo to open it and click on File -> save as and save your photo giving the desired name in the desired location..

Or if the photo is on the system Just right click the file and click on rename..
