looking for a ethical Ubuntu user that can help me with a serious hacking problem...

also they like to jump all over my photos that are taken and steal them off my computer and mess with me when I try to crop and work on them...

this is some one absolutely obsessive and they know ubuntu and also how to hack into microsoft as I have a microft lap top too and also have been on supposedly hack free macs and they have been able to hack into my online accounts on those as well after changing the passwords....

I suggest you contact the California Loco Team:

I think I've referred someone to them before, and there might be a principle member in Los Angeles.

Mac is just a variation on a *nix OS. Ubuntu is arguably more secure, but NOTHING is completely unhackable if you make it easy for them. For example, if you use the same passwords on all the operating systems, and for example an easy exploit on Windows lets them get the password, then they have access to all of your most unhackable systems as well.

The first thing you need to do is unplug your network cable, reboot the computer, then go into startup programs and disable remote desktop, SSH and anything else they might have installed that is giving them access to your computer. If in doubt, you should backup your data and re-install from scratch. Do not set the computer to automatically log in. Use a good password, a new one. Don't log in as root. Change the password on your router. If you have the wireless on the router, is it disabled or protected with WPA at least? Most routers come with NO security configured.

If you don't know what any of this means, seek help, even if you have to pay for it.

Can you help with this problem?
