Again... I was not clear in the first question. I am running Ubuntu 11.10.
In previous versions of Ubuntu, one could change the protocol in Empathy.
Now when I load Empathy, I am only accessing the Yahoo! Messenger. I do
not see how to change over to AIM or MSN. Is there another way to do
this that I am missing? Please inform how to change the protocol in Empathy
as it is not obvious in the software I am running.

Thank you.

I don't use Empathy, but maybe select or add an account in system-settings - online accounts.
