Where does Empathy keep its log files?

Asked by Tom Adams on 2011-04-23

I've seen many threads saying the log files are stored in ~/.local/share/Empathy/logs. I have looked. There is no such directory as ~/.local/share/Empathy. I've looked for .empathy, .cache/Empathy, .config/Empathy. I've investigated ~/.cache/telepathy/logger/sqlite-data, but it doesn't seem to contain logs, and I've tried looking using lsof to find the files empathy is writing to.

I'm looking to delete just one conversation, not all of them. (There's a "Delete All History" in the menu on the Previous Conversations window if I wanted to delete all of them).

(I'm using Natty).

Previous conversations logs are in $HOME/.local/share/TpLogger/logs/
