no entra a mi msn el pidgin ni el empathy siempre hay problemas con esos benditos programas

tengo ubuntu 10.1 y al usar el empathy tengo problemas para abrir mi msn al igual que con el pidgin existen muchas falla con los anuncios de amigo conectados, en la que aparece lo q yo estoy escribiendo luego tiende a cerrarse automaticamente ayudenme con estos programas q falla cada ves mas
