I need on screen keyboard.i do not set up this program in 10.10 vesion.

if you launch the app:

onboard

From the Applications menu:

my system application do not show Universal Access.I can find it in main menu.but universal access is zero.thanks

You can create a new launcher on the desktop to run onboard. You can even add it to your startup items
