Empathy does not load chat accounts upon reboot

My chat accounts do not log in after I reboot computer. Works fine when I remove and reinstall account.

try:

cd /home; sudo chown -R $USER:$USER ./$USER

make sure you are the owner of your home directory. You will get a few errors on special folders but these are normal
