"Change tab" hotkey

"Next Tab" hotkey is Ctrl+PgDn, when other programs use standard of Ctrl+Tab / Ctrl+Shift+Tab.
Configuration to alter hotkey or change default to be inline with silent standard...?

empathy is a gnome project and gnome have rules. other independent projects like pidgin can do what ever they want to do but gnome projects cant go out of guidelines still there is a bug report about this problem which have been stuck for a while.
