Empathy 2.30.2 having problem with audio/video conversation in yahoo account

while I am using Empathy 2.30.2 in Ubuntu 10.04,
From gmail account audio call is possible, but video is not highlighting, but from yahoo account both are not possible, but only chatting is possible, i don't know how to solve this issue, please help me to solve this issue. ( I am a new linux user)

empathy does not support yahoo audio/video calling. google talk works fine for me for video as well as audio.

go to Applications> Terminal and install the following

sudo apt-get install gstreamer0.10-plugins-ugly-multiverse gstreamer0.10-ffmpeg

then quit empathy and again start it and make the call
fyi windows google talk client does not support video calling. if the other user is using the web client and you are still not able to call then something is wrong..
