Cannot configure Empathy IM client

When I try to configure Empathy IM client in ubuntu 9.04 it is shows following message
"
  Enter passsword for default keyring to unlock

 The application ' account manager ' (/usr/lib/telepathy/mission-control-5) wants accesss to default keyring .but it is locked. "

What is the problem here ?
