SIP isn't able to connect in empathy

I tried to add SIP in empathy but it tells me "Legitimierung fehlgeschlagen", I tried it with several SIP-Accounts but not one was working.

Now it's working. I read somewhere that I should install telepathy-sofiasip trough apt-get which I did. But it wasn't working until I deleted the not working chataccount in empathy and added a new one.
