Changing list order of groups

Asked by Brian Z

Is there no way to rearrange the order of contact groups rather then having them alphabetically? In Pidgin, groups can simply be dragged up and down which makes sense.

I would settle for being able to rename existing groups if they have to be alphabetical, but I can't find a way to do that either. Right-clicking on a group name only produces the option "Remove" but not "Rename". I considered creating new groups that started with numbers ("01", "02", etc.) to get my groups in the order I want and then moving all my contacts into those but that take more time then this should require.

You right the term 'problem solved' isn't satisfying in this matter. But it could feel like question solved, bug remains. ;-)
