Update to version 000376

Asked by Stephan Siemen

Hi,

The version 380 was only beta!!! I would recommend to use version 376:

I tried to link an upstream project ("grib-api") but it does not work. How can this be done?

Thanks
Stephan

You could ask (nicely) the person linked below why they upgraded it, but it is unlikely that they would downgrade. It may be that some other software relies on the beta features.

You can of course try to downgrade it yourself on your local system by following the procedure here:

http://www.moosechips.com/2008/09/ubuntu-rebuild-a-source-package/

Its not straightforward procedure. you would need to extract older code to a new folder, and copy across the debian/ folder, then modify the changelog to the older version. You would be operating outside the repo too, so you would probably need to pin your version.

Can you help with this problem?
