OT: Site down?

Apologies, I know that this may not be the right place for asking this question, but I could reach the email2trac site (and documentation) for several weeks. Is the site down, has it moved...? Where can I find the manual?

Google still finds https://subtrac.sara.nl/oss/email2trac, which is not working.
