No releases after xenial (16.04LTS)?

https://packages.ubuntu.com/xenial/eliom shows that eliom is only available on trusty and xenial. What about bionic (18.04LTS) and beyond?

Probably a consequence of bug #1704653

Remark: FTBFS = Failed to build from source
