Compiling Ekiga

I am trying to compile, test and make the latest version of Ekiga..3.2.6. I have already compiled Opal, ptlib, Ekiga but when I try to open or run my Ekiga Source file this is the error message I get: ./ekiga: error while loading shared libraries: libpt.so.2.6.5: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Why compile? Get it from the PPA - https://launchpad.net/~sevmek/+archive/ekiga-released

In Ubuntu Karmic the Ekiga has the version 3.2.5 (stable version) and it is corresponding to libpt2.6.4. You can install Ekiga using Synaptic Package Manager, but not for latest version.

Also you can download the 2.6.5 version for libpt from here: http://packages.debian.org/sid/i386/libpt2.6.5/download. You have to know that is marked as unstable.
