abnormal termination PC to PC

Microphone and headset test OK, and I successfully set up an Ekiga account. But when I try to call the test number sip::<email address hidden> I hear one loud long beep and then three loud short beeps in my headset. I then immediately get "abnormal termination." Does this mean the test number is busy, or what? What should it do when I make a successful connection? I am using Ekiga 2.0.3 and I believe I am current on all my Ubuntu updates. Thank you.
