"Opal Liste... No nonce in authentication" in debug

Asked by flashvoid

Hi
I trying to register my sip account at ZTE softswitch and I was successful with other softphones (kphone and twinkle). Now I want to use ekiga but I can't solve one problem.

In normal registration procedure softphone sends REGISTER packet with user data but without authorization data, next step registar sends “401 Unauthrized “ and last, softphone sends registration data in next REGISTER packet.

Hello,

It seems there is something weird in the way Ekiga express the log (incorrect), but the ekiga behaviour -refusing- seems correct.

The answer of the registar is weird, just like if it was cut at some point:

WWW-Authenticate: Digest realm="test",

Ending with a "," seems a bug at the registrar.

Be aware, the same behaviour can be caused by several reasons, thus the issue with asterisk might be, or not, another different issue.

Best regards,
Yannick

Obviously ekiga can`t parse correctly "new line" or "tab" symbol. Now i go and look hex value of this symbol. I not sure that i can train ekiga to parse it correctly by myself. Can you help me ?
